Human Resource Manager, Cleveland, OH
Our client, a financially solid, multi site manufacturer, who understands the
value of human resources; is seeking a Human Resource Manager
for their facility in Cleveland. This position will be responsible for
this plant as well as another, smaller plant located in Ohio.
This position will provide leadership for human resource functions including:
staffing, employee relations, policies, compliances, benefits,
compensation, performance management and organizational
effectiveness/development. This position will also assist in establishing and
implementing company wide human resource strategic objectives.
Experience required:
1. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business discipline.
Masters or MBA preferred.
2. 7 - 10 years experience in human resource management in a NON UNION
environment with at least 5 of those years in a supervisory capacity.
3. Manufacturing plant HR experience.
4. Experience in safety process improvement.
5. Demonstrated experience in developing and fostering teamwork at all levels
of an organization.
