Welcome! Thank you for visiting the official web site for the Western Reserve Chapter of the Society for
Human Resource Management (WRC-SHRM)!

Since 1997, WRC-SHRM has served local HR professionals throughout Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana counties,
as well as Western Pennsylvania. The chapter has grown to over 175 members.

WRC-SHRM continues to nurture relationships within the community and with Youngstown State University.  
Over the last few years, WRC-SHRM and YSU's Student SHRM Chapter have strengthened their relationship
in a number of ways, including the development of a mentoring program designed to give practical experience
to students pursuing a career in Human Resources.
