Program: “What’s New in Washington, D.C. - An Update on Federal Labor and Employment Legislation”

Attorney John Gerak of Ogletree Deakins will be presenting an update of federal and employment legislation to ensure that HR professionals and employers are in compliance with the numerous changes. Attorney Gerak will also give a status report on legislation that is in progress and possibly forthcoming.
